There was recall O1V225001 a few months back regarding steering gear locking up. Consumer had problem resolved. Currently, same problem was occurring in same vehicle. Contacted dealer. *akconsumer was involoved in an accident where the steering wheel locked up and consumer crashed into a pole. Since then consumer was in motion when the wheel locked again causing consumer to crash into a gaurd rail.
