The contact owns a 2005 Mitsubishi Endeavor. While driving approximately 35 mph in dry weather, the contact struck the driver side door of another vehicle. The hood buckled and the front bumper came off. The contact stated that due to the damage sustained to his vehicle, the air bags should have deployed; however, they did not. A police report was filed. The contact sustained neck and shoulder injuries. He has pictures of the crash. The current and failure mileages were 38,000. Updated 03-04-08
