This Technical Service Bulletin was sent to dealers instructing them to reprogram the Engine Control Module (ECU) with countermeasure software to correct issues that may cause No Start or create DTC Codes that causes the check engine light to illuminate for any affected vehicles that come in for service or dealer inventory.
