Upgraded from 2018 to 2020 just for Android auto, but in beginning volume would decrease, then we were always changing USB cords because they would stop working. Screen would black out on us. Bluetooth stopped working with our phones. USB was replaced but then they said I need whole new system and warranty only covers to 40,000. I do have extended warranty on car but I guess it doesn't cover this. Just trying to get this fixed without paying over 1000 to fix. Think it is a manufacturer problem.
