Summary

This is a Technical Information Notice sent to dealers. This notice instructs dealers on how to address concerns when an affected vehicle experiences a lack of throttle response at initial start-up with the CEL (Check Engine Light) illuminated in extremely cold temperatures. It is recommended that the dealers replaces the TAC relay (8627A049) in order to address this concern.
