This is a Technical Service Bulletin sent to dealers. It instructs dealers to reprogram the engine ECU with updated software to correct the issue, on certain vehicles, of MIL illumination with DTC P0068, and vehicle speed is restricted to a maximum of 62 mph (100 km/h). During turbocharged operation, DTC P0068 may set when Mass Airflow Sensor Plausibility Monitoring does not recognize turbocharged operation. The new ECU software optimizes this monitoring to be able to recognize turbocharged operation.
