Power steering pressure hose fell and rubbed on the serpentine spell until it ate a hole in I. I and the traction control is enguageing and disengageing on its own ans my airbag lights are flashing unavailable.

The contact owned a 2006 Mitsubishi Eclipse. The contact stated that while driving at approximately 25-30 mph, the contact lost control of the vehicle, the vehicle exited the roadway, ran into a swamp and crashed into several trees before coming to an abrupt stop. The contact stated that neither the driver's nor passenger's side frontal air bags deployed. Additionally, the seat belts were also inoperable. The contact stated that her head struck the windshield. A police report was filed. The driver and passenger sustained minor cuts and bruises but no broken bones. The paramedics were called to the scene however, the contact refused medical attention. The vehicle was towed to a salvage yard. The vehicle was not repaired. The dealer was not contacted. The manufacturer was contacted and notified of the failure, case number: 1-273146714. The approximate failure mileage 165,000. The vehicle was destroyed.

The contact owns a 2006 Mitsubishi Eclipse. The contact stated that the lower part of the dashboard on the passenger side of the vehicle had split apart above the passenger air bag compartment. The contact took the vehicle to a local body shop and was informed that there were no recalls or defects on the vehicle. The contact was informed that if the vehicle were involved in a collision, the passenger air bag would not deploy. The dealer and the manufacturer were not contacted about the failure. The failure mileage was 113,000.

The contact owns a 2006 Mitsubishi Eclipse. The contact stated that the brake pedal was slow to respond and difficult to depress. While traveling at an unknown rate of speed, the brake pedal was applied and did not respond. As a result, the contact crashed into the rear of another vehicle twice. The driver did not receive medical attention from either crash, but sustained neck and back pains. The air bags did not deploy. A police report was not filed. During the first crash, four tires separated from the vehicle. During the second crash, the two front tires fractured. The vehicle was towed to a repair shop for further inspection. The contact later received notification of NHTSA campaign number: 15V337000 (service brakes, hydraulic) and was unable to determine when the recall repair would be completed. The manufacturer was not notified of the failures. The failure mileage was not available.

I was involved in a head on collision with another vehicle where my airbags failed to deploy. Later upon calling in a airbag specialist, they ran diagnostics and found that both the front right and front left airbag sensors had malfunctioned. This was then backed up by the Mitsubishi dealership. I still suffer from my head injury to this day.

The contact owns a 2006 Mitsubishi Eclipse. The horn will sound without warning. Occasionally, the horn will not sound when pressed. The only way to stop the horn from blowing was to remove the fuse. The manufacturer was unable to diagnose the failure. The dealer attempted to repair the vehicle four times by replacing the horns twice and performing maintenance to the air bag, yet the problem recurred. The contact has a repair invoice. The current mileage was 19,000, and failure mileage was 13,000.

While driving home from work on 12/8/05, I was involved in a rear impact collision, my vehicle sustained heavy rear damage as well as heavy front end damage not one of the air bags systems deployed as the vehicles manual stated it would, which resulted in myself being severely injured, the vehicle was a 2006 Mitsubishi Eclipse gs, less than a month old, I feel the vehicle is defective, and would like someone to look in to this matter.
