A D V E R T I S E M E N T S

No events leading to failure other than normal very infrequent use (use=1X/3mo). Rear seat driver side seat belt attachment bolt loosened and dis-attached from seat belt fastening base. Bolt came out with seat belt attempting to fasten belt around child while child in child booster seat. Ailure is not corrected yet.
