The contact owns a 2000 Mitsubishi Eclipse. While driving between 45-55 mph, the contact attempted to avoid another vehicle and some approaching deer. As a result, she crashed into some trees and the air bags failed to deploy. The vehicle was destroyed and the contact was injured. The current and failure mileages were 148,000.

Vehicle has been to the dealer 3 times because SRS light were coming on. Consumer was in an accident on 04-may-2001, and airbas didn't deploy. Consumer was traveling 30 mph and a motorcyle hit front driver's side. It flipped off onto windshield, breaking on impact. Mitsubishi hasn't responded to consumer.

Consumer was traveling about 40mph on highway and another vehicle made a left turn in front of consumer's vehicle. When consumer applied brakes vehicle crashed into the other vehicle. Upon impact, driver's side airbag didn't deploy. There were minor injuries. Both the driver and passenger side air bag failed to deploy.
