I was going on us-101 North and got side-swiped by an SUV which was trying to get into my lane (car pool lane). I was at a speed of 60-65 mph. I lost control of the car and rear-ended another SUV. You can find photos of my crashed car ( now parked at the auto body shop) at : photos.yahoo.com/shamakarkal under the folder named "crash". you can see that the air bags failed to deploy at that speed.

Driving at approximately 40mph, coming to a stop light and the vehicle ran into the back of another vehicle, driver's side airbag deployed, burning the driver's arm. Also the passanger's side airbag deployed and burned the sunvisor.

Brakes: Driving approximately 25mph, truck ahead of the Eclipse had come to stop, applied brakes and there were no brakes. Car accelerated as if the cruise control was on, kept pumping brakes, but car kept accelerating. When brakes finally kicked in car slid underneath truck, demolishing front end and the air bags did not deploy.
