IT DOESN'T MATTER WHETHER IM ON INTERSTATES OR REGULAR STREETS IT SHIFTS @ 3000 RPMS AND WHEN IM CRUISING ANY WHERE FROM 30-65 MPH IT SLIPS OUT OF GEAR AND I NOTICE THIS WHEN NO POWER IS DIRECTED TO THE AUTO TRANS. AT PEAK LINE. I HAVE TO EASE OF ACCEL. AND TAP THE BRAKE BEFORE IT KICKS INTO GEAR AND I CAN FEEL IT KICK IN CAUSE OF THE SUDDEN JOLT IT GIVES OFF WHEN IT DOES GO INTO GEAR. AND I JUST BOUGHT THE CAR IN MAY. I AM STILL TRYING TO GET THIS CAR INTO A MECHANIC ASAP. I'M TRYING TO FIND A MANUAL TRANSMISSION CONVERSION KIT FOR IT.

Eclipse GS 2.0l Dohl

  • Automatic transmission
  • 135,000 miles

The car is garbage. I can't go over 55 miles per hour with out shifting. when i attempt to get on the interstate, it starts jerking. when i get off of the interstate, it won't take off good. someone could walk faster than i could take off. it is horrible and embarrassing. because of that i can't sell this car.
