Summary
MINI: CHECK SPARE TIRE RETAINER. THE SPARE TIRE RETAINER MAY HAVE BEEN OVER TIGHTENED DURING THE ASSEMBLY PROCESS. IF THE RETAINER IS OVER TIGHTENED, IT MAY BE DIFFICULT TO REMOVE THE SPARE IN THE EVENT OF A FLAT TIRE. *PE
