Seat belt failed to keep a passenger secure. The passenger was injured due to seat belt failure.

The rear seat belt retractor jams on a lever thats located in the back seat when the belt is pulled all the way. This happens whe the belt is retracting, and when this happens in inables the seat belt system. Dealer has been contacted, and replaced the system once before, but the problem has occurred again.
