The switch to turn the headlights on and off broke off in the consumer's hand. The stated there was a recall on the switch, however she was told her vehicle was not included because the part was made in a different place.

NHTSA#12945-01-V-075-000: Head lamp switch: Due to use of incorrect material by a supplier switch lamp can fracture and separate from the head lamp switch:: consumer states she turn the switch off and knob fell off in her hand. Dealer has been notified.
