The vehicle experienced problems with it's air bags. The vehicle' also leaked fluid at the transmission joint. The vehicle leaked 2 1/2 qts of transmission fluid in approximately 3 weeks. Since the vehicle was no longer under warranty the dealer refused to assist the consumer.

Air bag light will intermittently illuminate from time to time. Contacted dealer and the dealer was not willing to do anything. Consumer states that this problem has been fixed twice.

While in frontal impact the driver's air bag did deploy, but the passenger's airbag did not deploy, which did not protect the occupant in this accident. Also, the passenger's seatbelt did hold the occupant, causing the passenger to sustain head injuries.
