: the contact stated, the cover to the seatbelt retractor coil of the driver's side front seat ripped loose. The manufacturer determined the cover was only a decorative cover and not covered by the vehicle warranty. The contact attempted to repair the cover but it did not hold.

Seat belt trim is coming off, causing retractor not to work properly. Whenever a vehicle runs over a water puddle, it causes a momentary power steering loss. Dealer was notified. Please feel free to provide any further details on this matter.
