I own a 2004 Mercury Mountaineer has four thousand miles. The vehicle was storage in garage for four and half years. I started to use the vehicle on last fall of 2009. On September I see the tailgate developed a crack around the emblem and the rear glass. The heater is not working also. This is obvious manufacture defects!
