Plastic?!!! You make the coolant crossover out of plastic? That is doomed to fail. How hot does coolant get ford? This should have been recalled a long time ago. they even lost a class action lawsuit but instead of doing what they should have (recall) they just extended the warranty and offered a refund to those who already spent outrageous money to fix it. Now I am pretty handy and fixed this myself saving me hundreds of dollars but it took me a couple months to get everything back together properly. Oh yeah and ford only offer the refund if you submitted a receipt to them with in 90 days of the settlement which I am 6 years too late. The next year model they figured it out so why not recall your customers and make them happy. A happy customer is a returning customer.
