This is a great running truck with under 150,000 miles on it it recently started to make a knocking noise I have been informed that i have a timing chain issue. i took it to the ford dealer and they told me I have to replace my engine can ANYONE please help me as I dont have the 5,500.00 to get a motor and have it replaced
