THIS BULLETIN STATES THAT WHENEVER THE CLEAN AIR TUBE RETAINING CLAMPS ARE REMOVED FOR ANY REPAIR, PROCEDURES MUST BE FOLLOWED TO INSURE PROPER CLEARANCE BETWEEN THE THROTTLE CAM AND THE CLEAN AIR TUBE RETAINING CLAMP BOLT. *TT
