The interior door handles driver's side front and back quit working. No longer able to open the door from inside. In case of an emergency this could be very dangerous

May 16,2020 I notice my breaks stop working.. May 18,2020 I was backing out of a parking space when I notice my breaks weren't working and had got into a car accident which messed my rear bumper and trunk up. I didn't realize my breaks were having issues until May 22,2020 when the car said 'brake fluid levels low' May 23rd,2020 I decided to purchase brake fluid which it still didn't attempt to hold anything. Car started out super loud like my brakes and rotors were going bad, once the brake fluid was in place it stopped the noise but didn't stop the car from saying level is low nor helped the brakes.
