Takata recall: I received a letter from Ford saying they will pay for a rental vehicle and to contact my dealership. I contacted my dealership but to even be placed on a wait list for a rental I have to have my vehicle examined. After my vehicle is examined it will be days or weeks before I am given a free rental car. I think Ford should not be allowed to leave me driving an dangerous car that I feel unsafe in for weeks while they get me a rental car.
