The contact owns a 2004 Mercury Grand Marquis. The contact stated whenever the air conditioner mechanism was activated the air failed to flow through the vents. The vehicle was taken to an independent mechanic, who informed the contact that the air conditioner control module needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was not notified of the defect. The failure mileage was unavailable.
