While the consumer was driving at 70 mph on 4-27-05 the hood of vehicle flew up. When this happened it hit the windshield and broke it. When the vehicle was inspected on site they said that it was due to a missing bolt in the hood latch. This occurred without previous warning. The consumer was no longer in direct possession of the vehicle.
