I have a 2003 Mercury Grand Marquis, have a metal to metal sound in the front end, have carried to shop to have it greased, no grease fittings and no place to install any. Told nothing to worry about, replacement parts have a grease fitting"???"

2003 Mercury Grand Marquis when backing out of my driveway and turning the steering wheel to enter the street, the front suspension makes creaking metallic sound. The dealer said the there was nothing wrong with the suspension.
