Upper and lower steering shafts were replaced at nearly $1000 cost. Roughly one month later, stiffness in steering is gone, but a pronounced "clunk" happens at roughly the same point in the turning of the steering wheel. Going back in to the dealership for a fix yet again. Why would Ford recall only some years of a car when the parts are identical across more years?
