Almost had accidents because lights failed, headlights and taillights failed at night, including dash lights today, creating safety hazard. Seat tilt failed, and body mount frame bushing failed. Mirror tilt switch failed. Fuel filler neck leaks when filled. Very scary especially at night. Please recall and fix before we get hurt.

Headlights began not working intermittently, and now do not go on, but high beams still work without issue. Seems very similar to recall 15s39, which was repaired on my vehicle in 2015, but became an issue again about a month ago. The car has only accrued about 10,000 since it was last repaired.

Will not start...many times over last 6months..security issue..was told no sound when turn on key--all lights on dash on as engine-air bag-check gas cap lights...but no sound...ignition coil repalced.battery frplaced spark plugs replaced tired reprogram keys....still does this..it may or may not start after turning steering hard...I need my car handi cap senior 70yr

Last fall, this car starting making creeking and humming noises in the engine. The humming noise would go away after about a minute but not the squeaks and creeks as you drive it. In the winter, there were areas of yellow-green liquid on our garage floor on a few occasions. I took the vehicle in for the headlight recall, and I was told there was a cracked manifold, and a belt problem which was causing the antifreeze leak. When I searched for recalls, I noticed a previous recall for years 1996-2001 for the same problem. This repair is very costly, and I wonder if you could do a recall for this year/model car because I was given it as a gift and am currently laid off? I am attaching former recall settlement for same cars up to 2001. Thank you.

This is our third Mercury marquis - and we love them - but both the 1999 model and especially this 2003 model has a serious paint problem. Our last two cars have been white and we barely got them home when the paint, especially on the front and rear bumpers, began to peel. What, if anything, is Mercury doing about this unsightly, annoying, and frustrating problem"?" we are not class action types but, after putting up with this for several years, we are ready to revolt!
