The seat belts do not restrain. Also, the steering rod was broken and fixed at the last inspection which was 5/2018. We were told that the seat belts would cost $1500 or more to repair. I saw on this website that there was a recall on seat belts not restraining.

The vehicle was not repaired. The current mileage was approximately 117,000 and the failure mileage was approximately 67,000.
