Consumer was having a bouncy & rough ride. Dealer said it could be the transmission. Also, driver's side seat rattles when getting in & out. Dealer has tightened the bolts. Seat is loose, and if in an accident it could be a risk. Dealer was replacing the parts.

When sitting in the seat the seat belt post comes up through the seat. Making it impossible to fasten seat belt because you are sitting on it.
