I purchased this pre-owned vehicle with only 27,000 miles from a large retail used car dealership in 2017. It's just my weekend car that I tool around town when the weather is nice and I can drop the top. We've had a lot of rain lately but we had a sunny day a week ago. I proceed to get in the vehicle and notice water inside the rear window, the roof, and inside the windshield. I was livid.
Contacted the dealership that I purchased from because I both the extended warranty. News flash!!!! The top is not covered and the MB dealership said that I need to replace the entire roof panel for a whopping $17,500. Which is more than half the car is worth. I am beyond pissed off! Who can afford to pay this? Not me. I think this is a manufacturers defect and MB should be responsible.
