the steering lock is defective leaving vehicle underivable
The steering lock went out on my C300 vehicle leaving the car undrivable stranding me for 3 hours until a tow truck came. The car and myself was not in a desirable location, either. The estimated costs are $1,200+ rental car for a week. This should be a recall Mercedes, unacceptable.
