Summary

Mercedes-Benz AG ("MBAG"), the manufacturer of Mercedes-Benz vehicles, has determined that on certain Model Year (â??MYâ??) 2028-2021 S-Class, S-Class Coupe/Cabriolet (217 and 222 platforms) vehicles, the low pressure fuel line does not correspond to the current series production configuration. Therefore, it is possible that accelerated aging in the area of connection could occur, resulting in a leak. A risk of fire can be ruled out. What Weâ??re Doing MBUSA will conduct an Emission Service Campaign. An authorized Mercedes-Benz dealer will replace the braided hose of low-pressure fuel line and install a heat shield over the new braided hose
