cam had defective part, during repair dealer destroyed engine

Replacing an engine at 20000 miles due to a defect in the car compounded by the incompetence of the local dealer (Sonic) and being stonewalled by Mercedes Benz "customer service" who was more concerned about Sonic's profits than the consumer is extremely disappointing as to the quality of Mercedes Benz products and to their commitment to be customer oriented. I will never buy a Mercedes Benz again!
