Mercedes Benz, does not stand behind their product! My problem being, on February 2014, I purchased what I thought was a 2013 GLK “Certified Pre-owned Vehicleâ€, with eleven thousand miles. After driving for several months, I noticed there was front end noise, unbearable front end noise. I took my car in and explained to the best of my ability. This is when I learned the rotors were warped and strut torque bushings needed to be replaced.
They replaced the struts, but not the brakes? A month later, same thing, had something to do with the struts AGAIN. Now the issue with brakes, (warped rotors is worse).
Now it’s November and Mercedes Benz is stating I need a 20,000 mile check-up. I’m asking why, because I have only had the vehicle for four thousand miles? Mercedes had me pay for a check-up for miles someone else clearly racked up. And, to add insult to injury, my brakes are “shotâ€, and if I want it the brakes replaced, I’ll be out of pocket seven hundred dollars.
I’m venting because it’s May 2015 and the brakes and rotor problem has rendered my vehicle, unbearable to drive. Now, I’m stuck! And Mercedes Benz SUCKS! Do not buy a Mercedes Benz, I won’t, ever again.
