I have been waiting for the airbags in my car to be replaced for the past several years. It is unreasonable for me to have the recall for so many years and that Mercedes is unable to complete the repair. Other brands have been a lot more responsive concerning the airbags.

Takata recall. I have been driving my vehicle with a potentially fatal driver side airbag for over 2 years. We were told it would be 2018 when we would have a fix back in 2016. We are now well into 2018 with no word as to when we will have a fix. This is ridiculous, I have to drive late hours and far distance to work and it is extremely dangerous to not have appropriate airbags.

Takata recall this is taking way too long. Years. The mb dealer has no information on when a remedy is available. In my mind mb is dragging their feet, they should be taken to task.
Takata recall. The airbag replacement situation has been going on for over 2 years without a remedy. This is unacceptable as I have trouble selling my vehicle right now because of this. Automakers should be held accountable for selling a car with a defective airbag as well and should be able to offer money compensation to purchase the cars back or something along those lines. Being stuck with an unsellable car is very frustrating. A remedy should have been found for this already after 2 years. Please let me know if there are any solutions available for me. Thank you, frederic

"takata recall" I can not get an appointment with my Mercedes Benz dealer, to have my recalled airbag replace. They said they are working on other models and stating that they do not have the parts for my vehicle. When I asked six months ago about a replacement airbag, the service representative acting asks if it was not a big deal, just standard procedures. Tysinger motor co 2712 magruder blvd hampton
