The vehicle had been in the shop for the complete month and the AC Compressor was completely replaced. On August 18, 2020 the car was pick up and the following day, August 19, 2020, the vehicle had to be towed back to the repair shop with the same problem. It was in the repair shop for two complete weeks. The same repairs were made, in half of the time. We have tried speaking with management to come to a mutual solution to return this vehicle which is not functioning but our complains go to deaf ears. Stay away from Mercedes, not worth the money, and less the aggravation.
