The vehicle was taken to the local dealer new country Mercedes-Benz (1 weston St, hartford, ct 06120, (860) 278-2000) where it was diagnosed with needing the clock spring to be replaced. The vehicle had not been repaired as of yet. The manufacturer had not been informed of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 60,000.
