There are 30 presets on the audio system for AM/FM/Sat stations. At random times the system drops all stations above #10 and reorders those under 10. It possibly is reverting to an earlier day when presets under 10 were set because I recognize these stations. But, new ones, and any presets over #10 totally disappear. The GLC's at the dealer now and they claim (again) that a software update should fix the problem that they've never seen before.
