Complaint
Squeaking noises from the front axle brakes when operating the brakes.
The noise occurs regardless of the temperature.
Cause
The noise occurs due to friction between the lining and the brake caliper.
Remedy
⢠Removal of brake linings
⢠Cleaning all contact points on brake lining and brake caliper/carrier
⢠Greasing contact points (green areas) between brake lining and guide of brake caliper with heat-resistant lubricating
