The contact owns a 2014 Mercedes Benz GL450. The contact stated that the vehicle bounced and pulled to the left and right while driving with an unknown warning light illuminated. The vehicle was taken Mercedes-Benz of coral gables (300 almeria ave, coral gables, fl 33134), and was diagnosed that the four-wheel suspension needed to be replaced. The vehicle was repaired. The contact stated that the failure occurred twice. The first failure was repaired at an independent mechanic. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure but, offered no assistance. The failure mileage was approximately 55,000.
