Takata recall: I was notified of this recall regarding my driver side airbag almost a year ago with no contact or remedy since. Mercedes has also refused to provide alternate transportation at the dealer and manufacturer level, saying no one has been injured yet. I feel Mercedes should take responsibility for the safety of its customer and provide loaner vehicles while we wait for replacement airbags. I don't feel my life should be put at risk for this issue.
