The contact owns a 2010 Mercedes E-class. The contact was sitting in a parking lot and was about to be hit by another vehicle so he tried to activate the horn which did not work. The vehicle was not turned on at the time. The contact called the manufacturer who stated that the horn would not function when the vehicle was turned off. The current and failure mileages were approximately 7,800. Updated 12/29/10 updated 04/06/11
