when I got my brand new mercedez, I found the problem right away because the compass on the rear mirror indicated the wrong direction. I went back to dealer to adjust or fix it. They said it was fixed. But I found the same problem when I was leaving the dealer. So I called the salesman again. He said it is late to fix now at this time and asked me to come back later. Since then they tried to fix it several times but they found out it is unfixable. They dont want to do anything now for me. I am so angry. Can you help me?
