On [XXX] I was driving and the vehicles stalled in the middle of the street, I couldn-??t start it back. I managed to contact AAA and had the vehicle towed to my home because it around 6pm and auto repair shops were closed. Next morning I had AAA towed the vehicle to a local auto repair shop and they told me that fuel pump failed. It would have been very dangerous if we were driving on the freeway, not to mention I had my 85 year old mother in the passenger seat. Please help me as I am sure what I need to do now. It-??s a Mercedes-Benz model E350 2008. I can be reached at [XXX] my name is [XXX]. My car has 87,200 miles. Thank you in advance for all your helps. Panoramic sunroof does not close and roof shades do not close. Mercedes Benz wants $8,000+ to fix it. Then tells us our 2008 is only worth $3500.

The panoramic roof gets stuck in open position and makes the car dangerous for flying objects into the car also I feel more dangerous for my safety and for life. In my car we have repaired the roof several times, again now the roof is stuck in open position. I believe this should be a factory recall issue as this is very marginal and poor design to result in failure so often

Car: Mercedes Benz E350 2008. On 3rd floor of parking car garage, within tight confined space, when pulling in car to park turning 90 degrees, car suddenly accelerated violently, powered over 9-inch barrier curb and rammed into concrete pillar. The car continued to accelerate for few seconds even with full brakes and did not stop before putting into parking gear.

Problem with 2015-2016 navigation dvd update I purchased the (2015-2016) latest navigation dvd update for my 2008 Mercedes-Benz E350 sedan from the Mercedes-Benz dealership at denver, Colorado. Since January 23rd 2016, when I made the purchase, the navigation dvd has been working fine - except for yesterday, when I wanted to go to an office building in highlands ranch, Colorado. I found out, to my surprise, that my car's navigation interface (fed from the navigation dvd) no longer recognizes the city of highlands ranch, in Colorado. Meanwhile my older dvd, which is the 2010 version, recognizes highlands ranch, without problem. After my meeting at highlands ranch, I went to the nearby Mercedes-Benz dealership; and the service associate helped me tremendously - but all to no avail. It was later, after lots of tinkering, that I found out that all the streets in highlands ranch, co are now put under the nearby city of littleton, Colorado - on the latest navigation dvd. I have called the customer care at Mercedes-Benz of usa; and they directed me to here.com, so I could file a complaint. I have filed the complaint. It is interesting to note, however, that based on the map that's publicly available on here.com, streets in highlands ranch, Colorado are under littleton, Colorado. So, this is not a problem that is limited to my dvd or my car's navigation firmware or software. On here.com, the same problem exists. I have also called the Mercedes-Benz of denver (the dealership where I purchased the impugned dvd); and they told me navigation dvds cannot be returned.
