This could potentially be very dangerous and should be recalled-should have been a long time ago from the complaints I've read already!! Sounds like same problem on same type of Mercedes! This has now happened 3 times with this car!! You have been driving and then are stopped at a stop sign or stop light and when you try to push the gas pedal, the car kind of revs up and the car really goes nowhere!!?! It's like it can't shift to next gear?!!! Depending on where this happens it could be very dangerous!! Just think if you want to pull our real quick and make a left turn and it's a busy street-but your car only gets a few feet and doesn't want to move..what about the oncoming cars-they would smack right into you, right on the drivers side!!!?!!! So so dangerous!
This should have been recalled a long time ago! Mercedes needs to take care of this and stand behind their product!!! Unless they really don't care about the lives of their drivers and passengers????!!! If you sh*t the engine off for a few minutes and then restart the engine it usually resets itself or something? But you never know when it will happen and that's the bad part!!!
