Mercedes-Benz AG (â??MBAGâ??), the manufacturer of Mercedes-Benz vehicles, has determined that on
certain Model Year 2021 CLA (118 platform), GLE/GLS (167 platform), C-Class (205 platform), E-Class (213 platform), GLA (247 platform), GLC (253 platform), AMG GT (290 platform) and G-Class (463 platform) model series vehicles, the installed ignition coils may not correspond to current specifications.
This may result in misfire, reduced engine output, and illumination of the Malfunction Indicator Lamp (MIL).
What Weâ??re Doing MBUSA will conduct an Emission Service Campaign in which an authorized Mercedes- Benz dealership will replace the ignition coils.
