The contact then took the vehicle to an independent mechanic where coolant was added. The contact also mentioned that the home screen would go blank intermittently while driving at various speeds. Upon investigation, the contact linked the failure to NHTSA campaign number: 17V114000 (electrical system, engine and engine cooling) however, the VIN was not included.
