The contact owns a 2017 Mercedes-Benz Cla250. The contact stated that soon after having her oil changed, a coolant warning light illuminated on the instrument panel. The contact then took the vehicle to an independent mechanic where coolant was added. The contact also mentioned that the home screen would go blank intermittently while driving at various speeds. Upon investigation, the contact linked the failure to NHTSA campaign number: 17V114000 (electrical system, engine and engine cooling) however, the VIN was not included. Neither the manufacturer nor the dealer were notified of the failure. The vehicle was not repaired. The failure mileage was unknown.
