The contact owned a 2016 Mercedes-Benz CLA250. The contact stated that while idling or driving at various speeds, she noticed a fuel odor throughout the vehicle. The fuel warning light illuminated indicating low fuel level. The ABS warning light was intermittently illuminated. Additionally, the contact stated that after refueling the vehicle, the fuel gauge remained on empty. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The dealer was notified of the failure and an appointment was scheduled. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 62,000.
