This is a pretty common problem and my car has been in the shop for about 3 weeks in the last nine months since purchase. It has yet to be fixed and has been in the shop for 2 weeks as of today with no end in sight. There are lots of forums listing this as an issue with other owners.
Update from Jan 30, 2021: They took the car back and refunded me. I can't complaint. Thanks Mercedes!
